[ARCHIVED] CFPUA Issues Traffic Advisory for the 2300 Block of Chestnut St & 100 Block of Kenwood Ave

CFPUA emergency contractor State Utility is making an emergency repair to the sewer system. Crews have closed the 2300 block of Chestnut Street between N. 23rd Street and Kenwood Avene and the 100 block of Kenwood Avenue. Both areas are closed due to bypass pumping between Market Street and Chestnut Street. These areas are closed to all thru traffic allowing local traffic only. All eastbound traffic on Chestnut Street should detour by way of N. 23rd Street to Princess Place Drive to N. 25th Street to Chestnut Street. All westbound traffic on Chestnut Street should detour by way of Kenwood Avenue to Princess Place Drive to N. 23rd Street to Chestnut Street. There is not an associated Precautionary Boil Water Advisory with this travel advisory.

This travel advisory begins immediately. This travel advisory is expected to last through Friday, September 28 until 5 pm.
