To use our Customer Self-Service portal, you must have:

  • An email address. Your Verification Code will be sent to this account.
  • An Internet browser (Recommended: Chrome, Firefox).

Other Payment Options

In addition to our online service, CFPUA offers you other convenient payment options.

  • Automatic Bank Draft Services
To set up automatic bank draft, submit the Bank Draft Authorization Form, or visit one of our payment centers located at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.


  • Debit or Credit Card Payments
To make a credit card payment, contact Customer Service at 910-332-6550 or visit one of our payment centers located at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is a $3.00 fee for credit card payments per every increment of $300.


  • Cash or Check Payment
Visit one of our payment centers at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to pay by cash or check, or send your check payment to:

WARNING: THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES

Please be advised that CFPUA is not affiliated or partnered with any third-party bill payment services, such as Doxo or Mint. Payments made through third-party companies will not post to your account until the funds are received by CFPUA, which may result in late fees and/or possible disconnection/restriction of services due to non-payment. We have no control over how third-party companies handle payments and most will charge an additional convenience fee.  


Payment Responsibility

Payment of Utility accounts is the responsibility of the individual or business listed on the account. The due date for your utility payment is printed on the bill. Payments received after 5 p.m. will the posted to the next business day. Weekend payments are posted on Monday. Payments on your account not received by the due date are subject to a late charge and disconnection.
