[ARCHIVED] ONLINE BILL PAY: Web security update may require you to adjust your Internet Explorer settings

CFPUA is continually working to improve the security of our services. In order to maintain a secure connection, we are updating the required web browser security to minimize potential threats and eliminate known vulnerabilities.

As of December 28th, 2015 we will no longer support TLS 1.0 communication with our online payment site. If you are using a browser that is using TLS 1.0, you will need to make the changes below to your browser in order to use CFPUA’s online bill payment option.

The document below provides instructions for how to make this change for Internet Explorer.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact CFPUA online at the “Contact Us” portal on our website or by
phone at 910-332-6550.
