[ARCHIVED] 1/28, 11 A.M.: CFPUA TO CLOSE FROM 12 NOON TUESDAY TO 12 NOON WEDNESDAY

Due to the inclement weather, the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority will close today, Tuesday, January 28th, at 12 NOON. Essential water and wastewater operations will continue as normal.

CFPUA will re-open its offices, including its Customer Service locations at 235 Government Center Drive and 305 Chestnut Street, at 12 NOON on Wednesday, January 29th.

Because of the nature of the storm, this decision is subject to change. A further decision about Wednesday’s status is expected to be made by 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

CFPUA customers can find out about CFPUA’s status through our website, www.CFPUA.org, or by staying tuned to local media. They can also visit our Facebook page or find us on Twitter @CFPUA.
