A portion of Dogwood Road NE in Brunswick County will be temporarily closed starting Monday, October 6, for crews to install a raw water transmission main.
Starting at 10 a.m. on October 6, Dogwood Road NE will be closed to traffic in both directions east of the intersection with Strawberry Hill Drive NE.
Drivers are asked to detour around the closure via Mt. Misery Road NE.
The closure is expected to remain in place until 3 p.m. on Friday, October 10.
This project is a partnership between Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority (LCFWASA), CFPUA, and Pender County to parallel the raw water main serving local utilities.
