[ARCHIVED] Lane of Carolina Beach Road Closed for Hydrant Replacement

A lane in the 3900 block of Carolina Beach Road is closed effective immediately Friday, May 2, for CFPUA crews to replace a fire hydrant.

A portion of the righthand northbound lane between George Anderson Drive and Oak Lane is closed, with traffic shifted into the inner northbound lane. Southbound and turning traffic are not impacted.

The closure is expected to remain in place for approximately 4 hours Friday.
