CFPUA’s Customer Service lobbies will be closing for the day at 12:30 p.m. Friday, October 11, for an employee appreciation event.
The closure applies to both CFPUA payment locations at 235 Government Center Drive and 929 N. Front St. The Customer Service call center will also be unavailable during this closure.
Customers can still manage their accounts using the Interactive Voice-Response system by calling 910-332-6550, or online at www.CFPUA.org/Online.
To report water and sewer emergencies during the closure, call CFPUA’s emergency hotline at 910-332-6565.
Both lobbies will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Monday, October 14.
