[ARCHIVED] Lane shift on North 23rd Street for Emergency Water Repair

Southbound traffic on a portion of North 23rd Street is shifted into the center lane effective immediately Thursday, August 22, while CFPUA crews complete an emergency water repair.

Traffic in the southbound lane of the 700 and 800 blocks of North 23rd Street is shifted into the center turn lane. In addition, the 2200 block of Shirley Road is closed to through-traffic, with only local traffic allowed.

Northbound traffic on North 23rd Street is not impacted.

The traffic shift will remain in place for approximately 5 hours while CFPUA crews complete repairs to a water main.
