Starting Monday, April 15, CFPUA’s downtown customer service center will permanently relocate to the City of Wilmington’s Skyline Center at 929 N. Front St. (formerly the ThermoFisher/PPD building).
The last day for customers to visit the current CFPUA customer service center at 305 Chestnut Street will be Thursday, April 11. Customers needing to do business in-person on Friday, April 12, should go to CFPUA’s main customer service center at 235 Government Center Drive.
Customers may visit the new CFPUA downtown customer service center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. The customer service center will be located on the first floor of the Skyline Center.
Parking for the Skyline Center is available in the visitors’ lot accessible from North Front Street.
CFPUA’s main offices at 235 Government Center Drive are not affected by the downtown relocation. Customers may also manage their accounts online at http://www.CFPUA.org/Online or by calling 910-332-6550 and using the Interactive Voice-Response System.
