CFPUA’s bill processing vendor has alerted us that they are temporarily unable to process customer payments as of Monday afternoon, February 6.
The vendor is unable to process payments, including those made through the Interactive Voice-Response System (IVR) or online at CFPUA.org. They are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
