CFPUA customer service centers at 235 Government Center Drive and 305 Chestnut Street will be closed starting at 11 a.m. Friday, November 18, to permit staff to attend an employee-appreciation event.
Both centers will reopen for customers at 2 p.m. and remain open until 5 p.m.
During the closure, Customer Service Advocates will be unavailable to assist customers in person or by phone. Customers can still manage their accounts using the Interactive Voice-Response system by calling 910-332-6550, or online at www.CFPUA.org/Online.
