[ARCHIVED] Interactive Voice-Response System Experiencing Technical Issues


CFPUA’s Interactive-Voice Response (IVR) phone system is experiencing technical issues Monday, October 10.

Customers may be unable to complete payments using the IVR system at this time. CFPUA’s Information Technology staff is working to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
