CFPUA’s online Customer Self-Service portal and Interactive Voice-Response system are back online Wednesday, February 23, after technical problems were resolved.

The Customer Self-Service portal is available at CFPUA.org/Online. Customers can reach CFPUA Customer Service by calling 910-332-6550, or by using the online forms available at this link.
