CFPUA’s Customer Service call center is experiencing technical issues Monday, September 27 due to a server problem.
CFPUA’s call center host is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Callers may be temporarily unable to reach a Customer Service Representative. Customers can still use CFPUA’s Interactive Voice-Response system by calling 910-332-6550 and dialing 3 when prompted.
Customers can also manage their accounts online at www.CFPUA.org/Online.
