CFPUA’s offices will be closed for business Friday, April 2, for Good Friday.
Customer Service centers at 235 Government Center Drive and 305 Chestnut St. will reopen Monday, April 5, at 8 a.m. for business by phone and 9 a.m. for walk-in customers.
Customers may manage their accounts using the Interactive Voice-Response system by calling 910-332-6550 or online via the Customer Self-Service portal at www.CFPUA.org.
