[ARCHIVED] Customer Self-Service portal, phone payments temporarily unavailable Sunday morning

CFPUA’s Customer Self-Service portal and Interactive Voice-Response (IVR) system will be temporarily unavailable between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. Sunday, May 17, while the software undergoes maintenance.

One-time payments via QuickPay will not be impacted.

Customers can still reach customer service through CFPUA’s online contact form.
