CFPUA’s Customer Self-Service portal and Interactive Voice-Response (IVR) system will be temporarily unavailable Sunday, April 5, while the software undergoes maintenance. The services will be intermittently offline between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday.
