A vendor error has resulted in some CFPUA customers receiving incorrect bills for February and March.
It is unclear how many customers may have received the incorrect bills, but the error occurred within a round of bills mailed between March 3 and March 12.
To determine whether the bill you received is correct, check that the service address printed on the bill matches your address:

If you have received an incorrect bill, fill out CFPUA’s online Customer Service Contact Form, linked here. A customer service representative will then contact you to resolve the issue. Staff will continue monitoring the situation through the weekend.
Affected customers will not incur late fees or any other penalties.
CFPUA apologizes for the inconvenience created by this printing error, and staff are working to ensure the issue does not impact future bills.
