A lane in the 500 block of North 23rd Street will be closed starting at 9 a.m. Thursday, May 15, to replace a sewer service line.
The northbound lane of North 23rd between Plaza Drive and Brandon Road will be shifted to the center lane.
The lane shift will be in place for approximately 6 hours.
