CFPUA’s Interactive Voice-Response System (IVR) is experiencing technical issues on Monday, April 21.
The issue is preventing customers from making payments by phone when pressing option 3 after calling the main customer service number at 910-332-6550. Customers may still make payments and manage their accounts online at CFPUA.org/online.
CFPUA is working with its vendor to restore the payment-by-phone option as quickly as possible.
