[ARCHIVED] Lanes of Wooster Street closed for Emergency Water Repair

Three lanes of Wooster Street at Fifth Avenue are closed to traffic effective immediately Friday, January 24, for an emergency water main repair.

All traffic on Wooster Street is shifted into the left-most lane on both sides of the intersection with South Fifth Avenue.

Through traffic on South Fifth Avenue is not impacted, and turning traffic onto and from South Fifth Avenue is still allowed.

The traffic shift will remain in place for approximately 6 hours Friday while CFPUA crews complete the repair.
