CFPUA will open its downtown Customer Service lobby in the City of Wilmington’s Skyline Center at 929 N. Front Street at noon on Friday, January 24. The lobby will remain open until 5 p.m.
CFPUA’s main office at 235 Government Center Drive will remain closed all day Friday.
The main office will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Monday, January 27.
Customers may manage their CFPUA accounts using the Interactive Voice-Response system by calling 910-332-6550 or online at www.CFPUA.org/Online.
Freezing temperatures increase the potential for water mains to leak or break. To report a water or sewer emergency during the closure, call CFPUA’s emergency hotline at 910-332-6565.
