CFPUA’s online and credit card payment systems will be temporarily offline Thursday, November 14, while those systems are moved to a new electronic platform.
Starting at 8 a.m. Thursday, CFPUA will be temporarily unable to accept online payments or accept credit card payments by phone or in-person. The electronic self-service kiosks in CFPUA’s Customer Service lobbies will also be unavailable.
The payment services outage is expected to last for approximately 3 hours Thursday morning.
CFPUA will be able to accept in-person cash and check payments during the outage.
Customer payments already scheduled Thursday by automatic credit card payment or bank draft will not be impacted.
During the outage, CFPUA’s payment vendor, Paymentus, will be transitioning CFPUA’s electronic payments system to a new platform with improved and expanded customer self-service options. Once the change-over is complete, customers again will be able to access the Customer Self-Service portal at www.CFPUA.org/Online.
Customers with questions about their bills and payments may contact CFPUA’s Customer Service Call Center at 910-332-6550.
