CFPUA’s Interactive Voice-Response System (IVR) is experiencing technical difficulties Tuesday, September 3.
Customers using the IVR may be unable to make a payment by phone. Customers can still reach CFPUA Customer Service staff by calling 910-332-6550 or manage their accounts online at CFPUA.org/Online.
Staff is working to fix the technical issue as quickly as possible.
