CFPUA customers may pay their bills by phone by dialing in directly at 1-833-446-1880. This is a toll-free number that will allow callers to reach the IVR. Customers can also manage their accounts online at www.CFPUA.org/Online.
To report a water or sewer emergency, please call 910-332-6565.
Staff is working to get the main IVR line back online as quickly as possible.
