A lane shift is in effect on North 23rd Street for an emergency sewer repair, effective at 9 a.m. Thursday, January 5.
The lane shift was originally scheduled for Wednesday afternoon but had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
The outer northbound lane of the 1700 block of North 23rd Street is closed, with traffic shifted into the inner northbound lane. Southbound traffic is not impacted, and drivers will still be able to access businesses in the area of the closure.
The lane shift is expected to remain in effect until 4 p.m. Thursday while crews complete repairs to a sewer service line.
