CFPUA’s offices will be closed for business Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27, for Thanksgiving.
Customers can manage their accounts using the Interactive Voice-Response system by calling 910-332-6550, or online via the Customer Self-Service portal at CFPUA.org. Customer Service centers at 235 Government Center Drive and 305 Chestnut St. will reopen for business by phone at 8 a.m. Monday, November 30, and for walk-in business at 9 a.m.
