CFPUA crews are on the scene of a water main break near the intersection of Ann and South 15th streets in Wilmington Friday afternoon.
The 1400 and 1500 blocks of Ann Street and the 200 and 300 blocks of South 15th Street are closed to all but local traffic until further notice as crews conduct the emergency repair.
