CFPUA is experiencing intermittent technical issues with its interactive voice response (IVR) system, which allows customers to pay bills and access information about their accounts by telephone.
Our technical staff is working diligently to resolve this issue. Customers who are unable to access their accounts using the IVR or who receive erroneous responses indicating their accounts cannot be found should be assured that their information and accounts are secure and unaffected by this problem.
