CFPUA’s Interactive Voice-Response system and Customer Self-Service portal will be offline between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. Sunday, March 22, while the software undergoes maintenance.
During this period, customers will be unable to make bill payments over the phone or via the online portal.
QuickPay, CFPUA’s new option for one-time payments, will remain online. Customers do not need to register an account to pay through QuickPay.
