These graphs display the latest 12 months of results for PFOA, PFOS, GenX, PFNA, PFHxS, and a calculated Hazard Index for a combination of GenX, PFNA, PFHxS, and PFBS at the Richardson Water Treatment Plant.
On April 10, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) established a National Primary Drinking Water Regulation setting legally enforceable levels, called Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs), for these six compounds in drinking water. Information about the proposed MCLs and Hazard Index are available on EPA's website.
Click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right of each graph to show export options for data currently displayed. You can zoom in on a specific date range by clicking and dragging within the graph to highlight the desired range.
Notes: 1) The data in these graphs are results from individual samples. The regulation calls for reporting running averages of sample results. 2) Values that are zero may mean the compound was not detected in that sample or that analysis for that compound was not available at the time the sample was taken. 3) Exported csv or Excel files may show "NaN" in some cells. These are blank (no data) cells in the original data.
