The Environmental Management Department provides laboratory testing services in support of the Water and Wastewater Treatment Divisions to ensure regulatory compliance.

The Operations and Maintenance Department operates and maintains the water distribution and wastewater collection system, 2 water treatment plants, 54 well sites, 11 elevated water tanks, 3 wastewater treatment plants and 100+ pumping stations. Operations & Maintenance is also responsible for installing services, replacing deteriorated mains, and maintaining fire hydrants.
